Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering and possess a minimum of 10 years of experience, along with membership in the Order of Engineers of Quebec. Proficiency in Office suite, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD is required, alongside strong personal qualities like autonomy, leadership, and a client focus.
