Overview Brun-Way Highways Operations Inc.is seeking qualified individuals for the position of Winter Maintenance Plow Operator (Temporary). This position is responsible for operating snow removal equipment and performing highway maintenance activities to ensure safe road conditions during winter operations. This role will be based in St-Léonard,NB . Compensation:Hourly wage plus a $1,000monthly winter bonus . Your Role Operate snow plow and material spreader trucks. Perform snow and ice control activities including plowing and salting. Complete vehicle inspections and basic equipment maintenance. Perform general highway maintenance duties as required. Complete daily work records and reports. Work rotating shifts during Winter Operations. Overtime and on-call work may be required during winter weather events. About You Minimum 2years of related experience preferred. Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred. General knowledge of highway maintenance operations is an asset. Valid Class 3driver's licence. Clean driver's abstract. Able to work safely in all weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 80lbs. Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
