Job Description Overview We are currently recruiting for a Senior Advisor, Corporate Communications to support a broad range of external communications initiatives that strengthen AtkinsRéalis’ positioning and enhance executive visibility. The candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of corporate initiatives such as the annual integrated report, the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, and corporate positioning mandates that clearly communicate the company’s purpose, business strategy, and reputation. As part of our Global External Communications centre of expertise (COE), you will be reporting to the Manager, External Communications based in Canada. We are trusted advisors to the business, working on multiple regional and global projects to support business growth. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable professional with experience in executive and corporate communications. This role is for someone who is a quick learner, has a strategic mind and can establish positive working relationships with senior leaders while also being focused on results. Your role Lead the editorial, creative, and project management of the annual integrated report, working closely with internal stakeholders, writers, and subject-matter experts. Plan and execute the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, including logistics, visual requirements, presentations, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Contribute to the development and implementation of visibility plans for C-Suite leaders, ensuring communications are aligned with business priorities and corporate positioning. Act as the external communications liaison for the Sustainability and Integrity team, translating complex topics into accessible and credible content. Support global campaigns related to strategic growth priorities, including artificial intelligence and digital technology. Draft, review, and edit content that supports various corporate communications initiatives. Develop and implement creative ways to convey messages through videos, images, and text that support the strategic objectives of senior leadership and corporate events. Work with internal and external vendors to meet writing, graphic design, and video needs. Support the global donations and sponsorships program by coordinating requests, approvals, visibility opportunities, and program governance. About you Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing or related field. More than 8 years of proven and relevant experience. Essential Criteria: Industry experience (an asset). Proven ability to convey complex topics in simple language to multiple audiences. Proven ability to think in a multichannel approach. Proven ability to plan and execute high-level corporate events. Proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders. High accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills. Excellent writing skills in French and English, as the role requires preparing communications for audiences across Canada and internationally. * * Member of the Canadian or Global Leadership Team: This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as it involves collaboration with members of the Canadian or global leadership team located outside Québec.
