Atlantic Cultivation Casual Production Technician St. John's, NL Apply Now Discover The Opportunity St. John's, NL Agriculture and Forestry Entry Level Contract $18 / hour Employment Type: Temporary, Full-Time Contract Dates: September 21 - October 30, 2026 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Atlantic Cultivation is looking for 16 temporary team members to join our Cultivation team for approximately six weeks. These positions will primarily support our Trim Team, helping prepare harvested cannabis for the next stages of production. Share What you'll do Responsibilities Trimming and processing harvested cannabis according to company quality standards Sorting and handling cannabis plant material Maintaining a clean and organized work area Following sanitation, health and safety, and cannabis handling procedures Accurately completing assigned tasks while maintaining quality and productivity expectations Assisting with other cultivation, harvesting, processing, or facility tasks as required What you'll need Qualifications No previous cannabis experience is required - we will provide training! We're looking for people who are reliable, punctual, comfortable performing repetitive hands-on work, and able to work effectively as part of a team. The role requires good attention to detail and the ability to remain focused while completing repetitive tasks. This is a great short-term opportunity for someone looking to gain experience working in Newfoundland and Labrador's legal cannabis industry.
