Atlas-Apex Roofing (Nova Scotia) Inc. is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our growing team as a Delivery Driver & Yard Worker. Key Responsibilities Load and unload trailers and disposal bins with materials and equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and yard Complete deliveries and pick-ups using company vehicles and trailers Monitor and coordinate routine maintenance, including oil changes, for company vehicles and equipment Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on small engines and equipment, as required Maintain vehicle, equipment, and maintenance logs Inventory counts and control Perform general yard maintenance, including grass cutting and snow removal Qualifications & Skills Valid Class 5 driver's licence required, Class 2 or Class 3 licence considered an asset (DZ licence preferred) Forklift certification and experience operating a propane counterbalance forklift preferred Experience towing trailers is preferred Experience with inventory management or warehouse operations is an asset Familiarity with basic equipment maintenance, including small engine service, is an asset Strong organizational and time management skills Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs or more Willingness to commit to long-term employment Ability to work in accordance with our drug- and alcohol-free workplace policy Flexibility to work extended hours during the busy season We offer: Competitive wages based on experience A comprehensive benefits program for you and your family Eligibility to enroll in the company pension program Comprehensive safety training Ongoing training and development opportunities to help you build your skills and advance your career A team-oriented culture that values diversity, collaboration, and success Opportunities for growth and career advancement throughout the company Industry-specific training to support your development in the roofing industry and beyond A safe, COR-certified workplace with an ongoing commitment to health and safety

The role involves managing warehouse and yard operations, including loading/unloading materials and performing inventory counts. Additionally, the worker will handle deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and general yard upkeep like snow removal.

Candidates must possess a valid Class 5 driver's licence, with Class 2 or 3 preferred, and be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. Experience with forklifts, towing, and basic equipment maintenance is highly desirable.
