Company Description Auburn Bay Physio Chiro Massage (ABPCM) is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic that provides comprehensive care through physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage services. The clinic integrates a wide range of therapy options, including dry needling, shockwave, laser, and Pilates-based interventions, to enhance treatment outcomes. ABPCM focuses on individualized care plans designed to support recovery, improve function, and prevent future injury. Team members collaborate across disciplines to offer patients coordinated, evidence-informed care in a supportive clinical environment. Role Description The Physiotherapist will deliver patient-centered assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a variety of musculoskeletal and rehabilitation needs in a busy clinical setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough initial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing manual therapy and exercise prescription, and utilizing modalities such as dry needling, shockwave, laser, and Pilates-based rehabilitation where appropriate. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, monitoring patient progress, educating patients on injury prevention and self-management, and collaborating with chiropractors, massage therapists, and other team members to optimize patient outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Auburn Bay Physio Chiro Massage in Calgary, AB. Qualifications Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physiotherapist in Alberta, with a degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. Clinical skills in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and progressive rehabilitation programming. Experience or interest in complementary modalities such as dry needling, shockwave therapy, laser therapy, and Pilates-based rehabilitation (training or certifications considered an asset). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, educate patients clearly, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Solid organizational and documentation skills, including accurate charting, case management, and time management in a busy clinical environment. Demonstrated commitment to evidence-informed practice, continuing education, and professional development. Previous outpatient clinic or private practice experience is an asset, but motivated early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
