Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Company: IT Staff Augmentation & Managed Services Markets Served: United States, Canada, United Kingdom Experience Level: 3–5 years About Us We are a growing IT staff augmentation and managed services provider headquartered in Toronto, delivering technology talent and solutions to clients across the US, Canada, and the UK in the regulated industries sectors (Pharmaceutical, FinTech, Defense). We help organizations scale their technical teams and execute critical projects through flexible staffing models, managed teams, and project-based delivery. As we continue to expand our footprint across North America and the UK, we're looking for a driven Sales Executive / Account Executive to help us grow our client base and deepen existing relationships. The Role We're seeking a results-oriented Account Executive with 3–5 years of experience in IT staffing, staff augmentation, managed services, or B2B technology sales. You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation through to closing deals and managing client relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the IT services/staffing landscape and wants to grow their career with an expanding, multi-market organization. What You'll Do Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, cold outreach, discovery calls, proposal development, negotiation, and closing Generate and qualify new business opportunities across the US, Canadian, and UK markets through outbound efforts, referrals, and networking Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients in need of IT staff augmentation or managed services (e.g., developers, QA, DevOps, cloud, data, PM/BA talent) Develop a deep understanding of client hiring needs, technical requirements, and business challenges to position the right staffing/service solutions Collaborate closely with recruiting/delivery teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled on time Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities (additional roles, managed service engagements, SOWs) Negotiate contract terms, rates, and MSAs/SOWs in line with company margin targets Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM Stay current on IT staffing market trends, competitor positioning, and rate benchmarks across all three markets Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings (virtual and in-person, as needed) Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets What We're Looking For 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within IT staffing, staff augmentation, managed services, or a related technology services environment Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business Working knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and staffing models (contract, contract-to-hire, permanent placement, managed services/SOW-based delivery) Experience selling into or managing accounts across multiple geographies (US, Canada, and/or UK) is a strong asset Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable with a consultative, solution-based sales approach Self-motivated, resilient, and able to manage a full pipeline independently Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Bullhorn, or similar) Familiarity with international/cross-border employment considerations (contractor classification, currency, time zones) is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered) Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate UK and US client time zones as needed What We Offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure Opportunity to work with an established company expanding across multiple international markets Collaborative, fast-paced environment with room for career growth into senior sales or leadership roles Supportive recruiting/delivery team to help you close and fulfill deals Hybrid/flexible work arrangement 20 days PTO Competitive health benefits
