The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, ensuring sound financial management practices, compliance with applicable regulations and funding requirements, and timely reporting to support organizational decision-making. Qualifications:-Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. -Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA, or equivalent) preferred. Experience & Skills:-Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting or finance experience. -Experience in the nonprofit, charitable, or public sector environment preferred. -Experience managing grants, restricted funding, and funder reporting is highly desirable. -Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. -Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. -Understanding nonprofit financial management and compliance requirements. -Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel. -Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. -Strong communication and relationship management abilities. -High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
