As the regions largest locally owned and operated automotive parts warehouse, we support both retail and wholesale customers through our stores in Regina, Emerald Park, Yorkton, Estevan, and Weyburn. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and career-driven Inside Parts Counter and Warehouse Team Member to join our Emerald Park location. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about customer service, sales, and the automotive industry. Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and service-focused manner at the parts counter. Sell parts, prepare quotes, and advise customers on product options, compatibility, and companion items. Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, debit, and credit; handle returns and warranty items. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly. Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, and follow all safety and loss-prevention procedures. Participate in merchandising and visual displays to enhance product presentation and accessibility. Maintain clean, organized, and efficient store, counter, warehouse, and exterior areas. Stay up to date on new products, industry developments, and company promotions. Automotive knowledge or background is an asset. Experience in industrial, agriculture, or paint products is an asset. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt. Excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset. Attention to detail and strong computer skills.
