Assisting the Service Manager with the day to day operations of the Service Department, helping to manage client inquires and concerns. What drives your day-to-day? * Act as the primary liaison between the Service Manager and our clients, ensuring clear and transparent communication at every step. * Take ownership of varied and complicated customer concerns/issues, resolving matters with professionalism and a win-win mindset, to ensure a satisfied customer. * Assist the Service Manager in the day-to-day flow of the department, keeping the engine running smoothly. * Manage the "behind-the-scenes" dynamic by processing paperwork and claims accurately and efficiently.
