Role Profile: The Production Technician plays a crucial role in our production processes, requiring keen attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and demonstrates a strong commitment to teamwork and quality. Role Responsibilities: * Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for labeling, packaging, and general production tasks. * Completing master batch records, and associated production documentation accurately. * Operate production and packaging equipment. * Cleaning and maintaining equipment and room facilities. * Other related tasks as assigned, and as operationally required. Requirements: * Post-secondary diploma in science, technology, or operations is preferred. * Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and evolving deadlines. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Reliable and collaborative team member.
