Role Profile: The Production Technician plays a crucial role in our production processes, requiring keen attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and demonstrates a strong commitment to teamwork and quality. Role Responsibilities: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for labeling, packaging, and general production tasks. Completing master batch records, and associated production documentation accurately. Operate production and packaging equipment. Cleaning and maintaining equipment and room facilities. Other related tasks as assigned, and as operationally required. Requirements: Post-secondary diploma in science, technology, or operations is preferred. Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and evolving deadlines.
