In this position, you think outside the box and constantly look for continuous improvement opportunities. You provide relief for various operating positions, including clean up, lifting and handling of materials and general labour duties. Requirements: Minimum one (1) year course with a post-secondary institution in an industrial related field Strong mechanical aptitude Above average written & spoken communication skills Displays initiative and flexibility Understands and is able to demonstrate analytical problem solving and decision making Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, overtime and in-calls. Requires a minimum one-year post-secondary course in an industrial-related field and strong mechanical aptitude. Candidates must have good communication skills and be willing to work rotating shifts and overtime.
