Expert BA – ACBS Platform

Avanciers is a premier IT Staffing/Consulting organization and we are currently recruiting for a contract role for one of our premier client in Canada for Expert BA ACBS Platform. This is a Hybrid role and client is actively hiring for this position. Role: Expert BA ACBS Platform Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Duration: 6+ months Rate: $100/hr - $120/hr (Depending upon experience) Responsibilities Strategic Technical Leadership: Lead high-level collaborative sessions with business and IT stakeholders to align ACBS capabilities with long-term strategic goals and testing frameworks. Systems Architecture & Data Management: Map and analyze complex API dataflows and system architectures to ensure seamless integration across the commercial lending ecosystem. Technical Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Translate business requirements into granular technical specifications and author comprehensive knowledge bases to empower cross-functional support teams. Agile Development Partnership: Partner with engineering teams to decompose complex requirements into technically rigorous user stories, ensuring developers have the depth needed for execution. Advanced Troubleshooting & Validation: Act as a Tier-3 specialist to diagnose application defects, collaborating directly with vendors and internal teams to validate and deploy robust fixes. The Expert BA will lead collaborative sessions to align ACBS capabilities with strategic goals and analyze complex API dataflows for seamless integration. They will also translate business requirements into technical specifications and partner with engineering teams to create user stories.

Candidates should have experience in business analysis and technical documentation, with a strong understanding of systems architecture and data management. Advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders are essential.
