Avanciers Incorporated is hiring a Guidewire Lead for one of our clients. Job Title: Guidewire Lead Job Location: Markham, ON (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract & Fulltime Compensation Range: $150,000 - $160,000 per year or $70 - $75 per hour This is an active job and application deadline is September 15, 2026 (This posting may close earlier if a suitable candidate is found) Job Description Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications. Provide technical leadership across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter based on project requirements. Lead Guidewire integration, customization, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities. Coordinate with business analysts, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Mentor the Guidewire team and drive best practices, code quality, production support, and timely project delivery.
