Job ID: AV27918 Role: Junior Business Analyst Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 2-3 days a week onsite) Duration: Contract (12+ Months) Rate: CAD $40-55/hr + HST Required Skills Must Haves: 2+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst with hands-on involvement in the software development lifecycle (SDLC); experience in QA or Project Lead roles alone is not sufficient. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, including structured, object-oriented, and Agile approaches, with experience gathering user requirements and defining performance metrics to evaluate business outcomes. The Junior Business Analyst will be involved in gathering user requirements and defining performance metrics to evaluate business outcomes. The role requires hands-on involvement in the software development lifecycle.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies. Experience in QA or Project Lead roles alone is not sufficient.
