Avanciers Incorporated is hiring a Guidewire Solution Architect for one of our clients. Position Title: Guidewire Solution Architect Location: Markham, ON (Open to remote arrangements) Duration: Full Time Compensation Range: CAD 200-240K This is an active job and application deadline is Sep31, 2026 (This posting may close earlier if a suitable candidate is found) Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Solution Architect to drive the design and architecture of enterprise P&C core systems spanning PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and ContactManager, with a dedicated focus on commercial lines insurance workflows. Core Qualifications & Expertise Domain Knowledge: Extensive commercial P&C insurance expertise covering underwriting, policy lifecycle, rating, endorsements, audits, and claims. Guidewire Core & Ecosystem: Advanced hands-on design capabilities with PolicyCenter, Workbench, APD, Integration Framework, and GWCP. Cloud & Engineering: Strong knowledge of cloud architectures and active public cloud certification (AWS or Azure). Delivery & Soft Skills: Solid experience in Agile environments, financial business case modeling, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership.
