Sleep Clinician – Terrace, BC At Avant Respiratory, we are committed to providing the highest quality in sleep therapy services across Canada. We provide clinical consultation and treatment for individuals diagnosed with Sleep Disordered Breathing conditions. We are dedicated to helping our patients improve their lives through better sleep. No sleep therapy experience? No problem. We provide full training. This is a permanent full-time position.Why Join Avant Respiratory Competitive hourly wage + performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package RRSP matching program Full training and ongoing development Clear opportunities for career growth Meaningful work with direct patient impact Supportive team environment Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends) Strong work/life balance Position Description As a Sleep Clinician, you’ll work closely with patients both in-person and virtually to guide them through their sleep therapy journey.Your day-to-day will include: Educating patients on sleep apnea in a simple, supportive way Demonstrating how to use CPAP machines and accessories Helping patients choose the right equipment for their needs Troubleshooting issues and answering questions Processing sales, creating invoices, payments, and managing inventory Coordinating with insurance providers to secure coverage Maintaining accurate patient documentation Providing ongoing support to ensure long-term success with therapy What We’re Looking For You don’t need a clinical background—we’re more interested in how you work with people. Strong customer service or patient-facing experience Confident communicator who can explain things clearly and simply Comfortable recommending products and guiding purchasing decisions Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once Detail-oriented with good follow-through Positive, empathetic, and solution-focused Comfortable with hands-on interaction (training provided) Nice to have (but not required): Experience in healthcare, medical admin, or sleep therapy RRT, RN, or RPN designation Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM); 8 hour shift Website: www.avantrespiratory.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $25.00 per hour
