Position Summary The Pharmacy Manager will lead pharmacy operations, support a dedicated team, and provide exceptional patient care to the community. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of pharmacy services, build strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers, and make a meaningful impact within a growing community. With strong operational support from the broader pharmacy organization, the Pharmacy Manager can focus on leading the team, optimizing patient care, and delivering high-quality pharmacy services. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily pharmacy operations while ensuring exceptional patient care and service delivery. Provide clinical pharmacy services, medication management, and patient counselling. Build strong relationships with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers within the community. Support medication reviews, chronic disease management, and expanded scope pharmacy services. Manage pharmacy workflow, staffing, scheduling, and team performance. Mentor, support, and develop pharmacy team members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure compliance with provincial pharmacy regulations, professional standards, and company policies. Qualifications Licensed Pharmacist in British Columbia or eligible for licensure. Previous community pharmacy experience, with pharmacy leadership or management experience preferred. Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage pharmacy operations while maintaining a patient-first approach. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing responsibilities. Passion for building relationships within a community pharmacy environment.
