Duties And Responsibilities Introduce, revise, and manage maintenance and reliability programmes. Prioritise work requirements to maintain aircraft in a serviceable condition through weekly meetings with teams to discuss all projects. Manage the engineering team, including recruitment and staff development. Role Requirements 8-10 years' relevant aircraft maintenance experience (Boeing) 6 years' experience in Technical Services Bachelor's degree Ideally hold an AML Part-145 and Part-CAMO experience
