The Opportunity We’re looking for Healthcare Service Advisors to join our Healthcare Services team to ensure timely and equitable resolution of sophisticated Accident Benefit claims. What you’ll do * Interpret insurance contracts, resolve policy coverages, and establish/adjust reserves in accordance with corporate guidelines * Handle Accident Benefits claims according to individual authority, knowledge, and expertise * Acquire investigative reports, independent medical examinations, statements from insureds/witnesses, and other specialists as required * Educate customers and providers on any new auto reform changes * Ensure adherence to internal policies and quality standards (Compliance & Governance) * Actively coordinate customers’ functional recovery, ensuring treatment goals are monitored * Assist in resolving claims issues related to legislation interpretation and settlement negotiations * Ensure service levels and quality standards are met by approved specialists * Educate insureds about the Premiere Healthcare Network * Attend and actively participate in training and file clinic sessions What you’ll bring * College Diploma / Associate Degree or similar experience * 2+ years of Accident Benefits and/or Casualty insurance claims handling experience is preferred * Prior case management experience (e.g., WCB/LTD or clinic setting) is an asset * Post‑secondary education (College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree) in a related field * CIP or working toward CIP is required for licensing * Excellent customer service skills * Excellent communication skills * Ability to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment * Strong organizational skills * Ability to work within various computer programs, databases, and software What you'll get * The salary band for this position ranges from $50,000 – $80,000.
