Core Competencies Interpersonal skills Communication Organization Professionalism Attention to detail Confidentiality Flexibility Relationship Building Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities Inspect, remove, repair and install aircraft interior pieces, including doors, bulkheads and lavatories, passenger and pilot seats. Work on other airplane features such as carpeting, sound-proofing mechanisms, lighting, cabinets or wall panels. Ensuring that work meets TCCA standards and the quality standard of Avmax. Consult with the Leads/ Project Managers to develop more efficient and safe procedure for work processes. Polish interior and exterior of aircraft. Clean all cabin windows and windscreen. Provide interior detailing to aircraft – clean all interior surfaces such as cockpit, cabin, lavatory, galley and baggage compartments. Deep polish leather. Clean seat tracks as required. Vacuum the entire aircraft and seat cushions as well. Ensuring safe work environment by following safety procedures. Perform other miscellaneous duties in accordance with ATA Chapter 25. Qualifications Must be physically fit and able to lift at least 50 lbs. Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization. Strong verbal and written communication. Possesses strong fundamental aircraft knowledge. Must possess good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to ensure quality and responsiveness to the company's needs. Experience 3 – 5 years' of experience in the aviation field or similar industry.
