Supply Chain Specialist - Procurement

AWC Water Solutions is looking to appoint an experienced Supply Chain Specialist - Procurement. The successful applicant will have a solid background in executing effective procurement strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong skills in negotiation and organization are desirable. The specialist will be responsible for executing effective procurement strategies, which includes purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services, and developing necessary specifications. Key duties also involve negotiating with suppliers, establishing delivery schedules, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years and less than 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, and contracts, preferably within the Water Treatment and Waste Management industry. A Bachelor's degree in a related field like Business/Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is desired, alongside strong computer skills including MS Office and SAP BI.
