SAP S/4HANA IS-U FICA/Collections Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Collections & Dunning

Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA IS-U FICA/Collections SME with 12+ years of SAP Utilities experience and deep expertise in Collections Management, Dunning, and Revenue Recovery. The ideal candidate will lead advisory engagements, define the Target Operating Model (TOM), and design end-to-end Collections and Receivables processes for SAP S/4HANA Utilities transformation programs. Required Experience 12+ years of SAP IS-U experience 8+ years specializing in SAP IS-U FICA Collections & Dunning Multiple full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA IS-U/FICA implementation, advisory, or transformation projects Strong Utilities domain experience with customer-to-cash processes Key Responsibilities Serve as the SME for SAP S/4HANA IS-U FICA Collections & Dunning Lead workshops with business stakeholders and advisory teams Define the Target Operating Model (TOM) for S/4HANA Collections Design end-to-end Collections, Receivables, and Revenue Recovery processes Prepare BRDs, Process Maps, Fit-Gap Analysis, and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) Recommend automation and modernization opportunities Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle Required Skills SAP IS-U FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable) Collections Management Dunning Procedures Collection Strategies & Worklists Promise-to-Pay Write-offs & Recovery Security Deposits Installment Plans Returns & Payment Reversals Interest Calculation Correspondence Framework Mass Activities Open Item Management Clearing & Payment Processing Payment Lot Processing Lock Management Business Partner Integration Integration Experience Hands-on experience integrating SAP IS-U FI-CA with: SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) SAP IS-U Customer Service Device Management & Billing SAP Credit Management SAP CRM/CX Payment Gateways External Collection Agencies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working on SAP Utilities transformation programs Interested candidates, please share your updated resume along with: Current Location Work Authorization Availability Expected Rate Contact Number Email: Amit.Singh@AxiomGlobal.com
