SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core HR, Global Benefits, Intelligent Services, and SAP HCM integrations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience). SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Certification is mandatory. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). Experience with Core HR, Global Benefits, Intelligent Services, and integrations with SAP HCM and third-party applications. At least one full-cycle end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with Benefits. Working knowledge of SAP HCM. Strong understanding of Core HR business processes. Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines. Willingness to travel to client sites across Canada. Preferred Skills Experience with additional SAP SuccessFactors modules is an asset.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and knowledge of Core HR business processes is required.
