Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer with 10–12 years of experience to join our team in Toronto. This role requires expertise in both UX Design and UX Development, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. Key Responsibilitie sLead end-to-end UX strategy, research, design, and development initiatives .Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to deliver user-centric solutions .Conduct user research, workshops, persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing .Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, information architecture, and high-fidelity designs .Ensure designs adhere to UX best practices, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and branding standards .Partner with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of UX designs .Participate in design reviews, stakeholder presentations, and usability testing sessions .Drive continuous UX improvements through user feedback, analytics, and industry best practices .Mentor junior UX designers and contribute to design standards and methodologies . Required Skil ls10–12 years of experience in UX Design and UX Developmen t.Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise UX project s.Expertise with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, or similar design tool s.Solid understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD), Design Systems, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Responsive Desig n.Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end technologie s.Knowledge of usability testing, accessibility (WCAG), and UX best practice s.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skill s.Experience working directly with business users, senior leadership, and cross-functional global team s.
