We seek a dynamic and experienced Clinic Director to lead our team, ensure exceptional patient care, and drive the clinic's operational success. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and administrative staff. Promote the Axis brand, showcasing pride in the team and prioritizing the brand's culture both in-person and on social platforms. Oversee clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure clinic goals are met, including clinic revenue targets, product sales, and client retention. Participate in and lead various meetings, including weekly LevelTEN meetings, director meetings, and monthly skill-building sessions. Continually improve processes, develop organizational structures, and ensure the smooth flow of day-to-day operations for clients and staff. Client Experience: Ensure all staff greet clients with high energy and enthusiasm, developing rapport and understanding client goals. Oversee the creation and execution of treatment plans, ensuring clients commit to their prescribed sessions. Monitor client interactions to guarantee the highest quality of care, compliance with regulations, and tailored, lasting experiences. Promote client engagement through excellent customer service, including follow-ups, feedback collection, and ensuring treatment plan adherence. Business Development & Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for patient acquisition, retention, and community outreach. Participate in monthly outreach events and organize media days with the Social Media Manager. Promote brand loyalty on personal and clinic social media pages, engaging with posts and ensuring visibility of the Axis brand. Recruitment & Talent Building: Lead and manage recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes for new staff. Oversee the onboarding of new Physical Therapists, Client Coordinators, Outreach Coordinators, and Culture Officers. Conduct monthly team skill-building sessions and explore potential clinical programs based on industry trends and client demand. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure clinic operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Conduct performance reviews, including 6-month and annual assessments, to maintain high standards and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Fully registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario Minimum of 3 years of experience in a private practice orthopaedic setting, with at least 1 year of leadership experience Strong understanding of clinic operations, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, develop strategies, and drive business growth. Competency with healthcare administration systems (e.g., Jane, Telus Health). Flexibility with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and off-hours as needed.
