Sales Associate

Hi there! We’re Aykah Furniture (www.aykah.ca) and we’re looking for a customer-focused Sales Associate to join our in-store team and grow with us. As a Sales Associate at Aykah Furniture, you’ll be the face of our showroom - welcoming customers, guiding them through our collections, and helping them find pieces that feel right for their homes. You’ll combine product knowledge with a personalized approach to create a seamless shopping experience, while supporting daily store operations and contributing to our continued growth. What You’ll Be Doing Greet and engage walk-in customers, providing personalized advice and product recommendations Handle customer inquiries via email, messages, and phone with a professional and helpful tone Post and manage listings on Facebook Marketplace using your personal account to drive customer engagement Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom with well-organized product displays Process transactions accurately (cash, credit/debit, and digital payments) Support team members and collaborate on daily store operations Why You’ll Love Working at Aykah Competitive Pay: $18.25/hour + 2% commission on every sale (Most team members earn $1,200–$2000/month in commission!) The Sales Associate is responsible for greeting customers, providing personalized product recommendations, and managing showroom displays. They also handle customer inquiries via digital channels and manage listings on Facebook Marketplace to drive engagement.

Candidates should have 2+ years of retail sales experience and 1-3 years of customer service experience. They must be eligible to work in Canada, be comfortable using personal social media for business, and be available for weekend and evening shifts.
