This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills while providing top-tier customer experiences in a vibrant, fast-paced setting. *Responsibilities* * Perform professional skincare services including facials, exfoliations, and skin analysis tailored to individual client needs * Apply eyelash extensions with precision to enhance clients? eye aesthetics * Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and recommended treatments to promote healthy skin * Manage retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and upselling additional services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue * Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly, professional atmosphere at the front desk and during consultations * Handle appointment scheduling, check-ins, and payment processing efficiently and accurately * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas following health regulations and protocols * Know how to do manicure, pedicure *Skills* * Proven experience in esthetician services with a focus on eyelash extensions and skincare treatments * Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently and effectively * Excellent communication skills to connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations * Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive experience from check-in to checkout * Ability to manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling and client inquiries * Knowledge of current beauty trends, skincare products, and techniques for professional application * Reliable team player with a proactive attitude eager to learn and grow within the beauty industry Pay: $15.00-$25.00 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking Work Location: In person
