Résumé du poste

Who We Are Founded in 1983, B&W Insurance Brokers is one of the few remaining independently family-owned and operated multi-location brokerages in the Lower Mainland - a rare distinction in our industry today. Over 40 years we've grown to six locations across the Fraser Valley from Surrey to Abbotsford, backed by a team of 85+ insurance professionals. Through it all, our focus has never changed: "Excellence Through Service" and enduring relationships. We don't just see ourselves as a business; we're a family, standing by yours. Our commercial book runs deep and wide, spanning everything from independent contractors to large enterprises, with recognized specialties in transportation, prorate, warehousing, and bonding. Because we work with a broad roster of carriers, we can shop the market and build the right solution for each client, then stand behind it with the kind of hands-on service that keeps businesses with us for decades. About the Role You're joining us at an exciting moment in our history. B&W is growing, and we're looking for a driven Commercial Lines Account Executive to help shape where we go next, hunting for new business, building lasting client relationships, and growing a book, they can call their own. This role is for someone who thrives on the chase: turning a cold lead into a loyal client, and a loyal client into a long-term partnership. You'll own the full sales cycle, from sourcing prospects and assessing their needs to designing the right coverage, negotiating with carriers, and closing the deal.
