Position - Associate Family Lawyer - Permanent, Full-Time About Us - Bair Family Law is one of Barrie’s leading Family Law practices, focusing on a carriage trade clientele and progressive, solution-focused lawyering. Our practice philosophy is grounded in minimizing conflict and delivering restorative outcomes, while maintaining first-rate litigation services. Our lawyers employ a diverse range of conflict resolution techniques and move seamlessly between the courtroom and the ADR environment. Our optimum candidate must provide exceptional, client-centered service in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Exigences
Candidates must have at least 4 years of Family Law experience and be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Extensive experience before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice is required, with additional experience in higher courts and mediation being an advantage.
