This role plays a hands-on part in keeping those spaces safe and functional while building respectful relationships with stakeholders. Job Details Carrying out routine and preventative maintenance Troubleshooting issues and completing minor repairs related to plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and general building wear Maintaining strong service levels and positive working relationships with stakeholders Participating in a shared-on call schedule Working safely at all times by following health and safety policies and reporting hazards or injuries immediately Taking on additional tasks as needed to support the overall operations at BCP Qualifications A self-motivated work style with willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks Mechanical aptitude and a practical, logical approach to troubleshooting and problem solving Comfort working independently while using sound judgment to ask for support when needed A friendly, professional, and service focused approach Hands on experience with building maintenance and plumbing Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership over work Physical ability to handle the demands of the role, including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs above head height, and working safely at heights up to 40 ft on a ladder and 85 ft on a manual lift A valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license or eligibility to convert from out of province or overseas We provide the best perks in town that are designed to enhance your life in Banff.
