Job Title: Business Associate, Product Manager, Debit Card Location: Markham, Ontario Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are seeking a results-oriented Business Associate, Product Manager, Debit Card to support the Bank’s personal banking strategy and business growth. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of deposit products and services, including product development, enhancement, pricing, governance, performance monitoring, and lifecycle management. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive product solutions, enhance the customer experience, maintain strong regulatory and internal governance standards, and support the Bank’s deposit growth objectives. What You Will Do Lead the end-to-end management of deposit products throughout the product lifecycle, including development, enhancement, implementation, pricing, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization. Develop product strategies and business cases based on customer needs, market trends, competitive analysis, and business objectives. Collaborate with IT, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, and Financial Management to deliver product initiatives and strategic projects. Manage product governance and documentation, including product terms and conditions, fee schedules, disclosures, operational procedures, and internal policies. Monitor product and business performance using customer insights, market developments, operational metrics, and business results, and recommend improvements to customer experience, efficiency, profitability, and overall performance. Support product pricing strategies, approval processes, and product change management to ensure effective and timely implementation. Partner with Compliance, AML, Legal, Risk Management, and Internal Audit to ensure products, marketing materials, and operational processes meet applicable regulatory requirements and internal governance standards. Plan and execute product marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to support customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and deposit growth. Provide product expertise and training to branches and internal stakeholders, including product communications, issue resolution, business consultation, and implementation support. What You Bring to the Table Relevant post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline. Experience in personal banking, retail banking, deposit products, product management, business development, or client relationship management. Solid understanding of personal banking products and business processes, particularly deposit-related products and services. Experience supporting product development, product enhancement, pricing, or product lifecycle management is strongly preferred. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to analyze customer, product, and business performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Strong understanding of product governance, regulatory compliance, and operational controls within a financial services environment. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and coordinate multiple product initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced banking environment.
