This role is designed to support our licensed technicians by ensuring every vehicle entering the shop receives a thorough inspection. By identifying maintenance needs and safety concerns early, you'll play a key role in improving workshop productivity while helping customers understand the condition of their vehicle. What You'll Do: * Perform comprehensive vehicle safety and maintenance inspections. * Complete alignment checks on every vehicle entering the shop. * Identify safety concerns, maintenance requirements, and recommended repairs. * Record professional walk-around inspection videos explaining your findings. * Present inspection results clearly and professionally to customers through our digital inspection platform. * Work closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure inspections are completed efficiently. * Maintain accurate inspection documentation and reports. * Help improve workflow by allowing licensed technicians to focus on repairs. What We're Looking For: * A genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry. * Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. * Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. * Comfortable using smartphones or tablets to record inspection videos. * Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude. * Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. * Previous automotive experience is an asset but not required.
