There will be some duties that are required to be done daily and others that only are needed on a case-by-case situation. A strong, motivated team is already in place, and we are looking for the same drive and commitment. Salary: $19.00-$20.00 per hour Full-time Permanent Shifts: 8-hour shift Key Responsibilities: * Lead a team of housekeepers with the help of the Senior Housekeeping Supervisor. * Be the point of contact for your team on days the Senior Housekeeping Supervisor is unavailable. * Assist the Senior Housekeeping Supervisor with inventory and cleaning supply purchases. * Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing. * Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards. * Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies. * Deal with reasonable complaints/ requests with professionalism and patience. * Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate. * Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices. * Use commercial laundry machine and dryers. Skills and Experience: * Experience as a supervisor in a previous role. * Ability to lead a team and hold strict confidentiality. * Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance. * Customer-oriented and friendly. * Prioritization and time management skills. * Working quickly without compromising quality.
