Location: Stoney Creek, ON Position Type: Full-Time Contract (6 Months) Travel Required: Yes, extensive travel across branch locations may be required during implementation. Wage: $25.00-30.00 per hour Openings: 3 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * DELIVER INSTRUCTOR-LED TRAINING SESSIONS BOTH VIRTUALLY AND IN-PERSON. * DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN TRAINING MATERIALS, JOB AIDS, REFERENCE GUIDES, AND E-LEARNING RESOURCES. * SUPPORT USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING (UAT), READINESS ASSESSMENTS, AND IMPLEMENTATION ACTIVITIES. * PROVIDE ON-SITE BRANCH SUPPORT DURING GO-LIVE PERIODS. * COACH EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS THROUGH OPERATIONAL AND SYSTEM CHANGES. * GATHER FEEDBACK AND IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES TO IMPROVE TRAINING EFFECTIVENESS AND SYSTEM ADOPTION. * MAINTAIN TRAINING RECORDS, IMPLEMENTATION UPDATES, AND USER SUPPORT DOCUMENTATION. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: * Degree, diploma, or certificate in Adult Education, Adult Learning, Training & Development, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset. * EXPERIENCE DELIVERING EMPLOYEE TRAINING, ADULT LEARNING, FACILITATION, OR INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN. * STRONG PRESENTATION AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO ENGAGE DIVERSE AUDIENCES. * EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE, BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS, OR SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATIONS. * EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS. * STRONG COMPUTER PROFICIENCY, INCLUDING MICROSOFT 365 APPLICATIONS. * Bilingual considered an asset. * ABILITY TO TRAVEL EXTENSIVELY THROUGHOUT CANADA DURING IMPLEMENTATION PHASES. * EXPERIENCE WITH ERP, RENTAL MANAGEMENT, OR OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS IS CONSIDERED A STRONG ASSET.
