We also have two locations in the UK and dealers worldwide. We are currently looking for an experienced and skilled *Industrial Painter* to join our team in our Ancaster location. If you feel you are up to this challenging and rewarding position, we want to hear from you! *WHAT WE OFFER:* * *4 Day work week Mon - Thurs (Friday has OT option)* * Health Benefits Package * Uniform program * RRSP/DPSP matching * Employee Wellness program * Boot Allowance * Company events * Convenient location, clean and bright working environment *JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Safely operate, clean and maintain all paint spray equipment * Perform surface preparation and masking procedures * Coordinate movement of painted parts and assemblies through the various paint processes according to the production schedule * Safely operate overhead crane and other material handling equipment * Provide cooperative teamwork to meet department deadlines * Follow all company policies and procedures *QUALIFICATIONS:* * At least 3 years of experience with hands on industrial paint spray booth skills, tools and equipment * Ability to monitor production flow to adjust roles quickly within the team * A keen eye for detail to conduct QA and make decisions on required re-work * Takes pride in a job well done and has a positive go-getter attitude * Must have own transportation * Able to work overtime as required * Must be physically fit *JOB TYPE*: Full-time Work Remotely * No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour Benefits: * Company events * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * RRSP match * Wellness program Experience: * Industrial Painting: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person
