Business Analyst

One of our banking clients is seeking a Business analyst for a 12-month contract in Toronto. Duration: 12 months Hybrid:- In office Wednesday and Thursdays and the first Friday of every month Job Description: Job Description: The Senior Business Analyst will support key business initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to analyze requirements, facilitate discussions, and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic projects. This role requires an experienced professional who can work independently, engage with multiple stakeholder groups, and navigate complex organizational environments. The successful candidate will be expected to provide insights, support ongoing initiatives, and collaborate closely with business partners to ensure project objectives are achieved. Experience working within large enterprise organizations and managing competing priorities is essential. Previous exposure to technology-related projects and the ability to quickly adapt to evolving business needs will be considered strong assets. Must Have Requirement: · 4-5+ years of experience · Good credit risk management knowledge · Understanding of credit risk data · Good requirements gathering and documentation skills · SQL skills Nice to Have: • Previous banking experience or experience in a financial institution.
