Business System Analyst (Entry Level) Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 2 days a week, Onsite) Contract - 6 months (potential for Extension/Conversion to FTE) Line of Business - Fixed Income Technology What does the LOB do: The Fixed Income Technology team supports front office trading and business operations by providing application support, automation, and data analytics solutions across fixed income platforms. Job Summary: Business-facing support role within Front Office Fixed Income Technology team. The role involves supporting trading applications, handling user issues, gathering requirements, working on automation/data-related tasks, and coordinating with technology teams to improve business processes and system workflows. Focus areas include: Automation initiatives, Data analytics work, Fixed income application support, etc. Responsibilities: Support Front Office trading applications and business users Analyze and troubleshoot application/system issues Gather business requirements from stakeholders Assist with automation and data analytics initiatives Work closely with technology and support teams on enhancements and BAU tasks Required Skills: 1–3 years of experience in Business System Analyst/Business Analyst Strong understanding of application support environments Preferred Skills: Exposure to trading or financial applications or Knowledge of Fixed Income platforms like Bloomberg, TOMS, Broadway, Axe, etc. Python or Java exposure Front Office support experience
