Business Systems Analyst (Procurement Analyst) | Hybrid | Toronto I'm currently hiring 4 Business Systems Analysts (Procurement Analysts) for a long-term contract opportunity with a leading Bank in Toronto. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of Procurement or Source-to-Pay (S2P) experience who are looking to gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise procurement platforms and transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support Coupa Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations and the implementation of Zip Provide user support, access management, procurement operations, and supplier enablement Support requisitioning, purchasing, invoicing, approvals, catalogs, and procurement workflows Assist with testing, documentation, reporting, and continuous process improvements Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Technology, and business stakeholders Must-Have 1–3 years of Procurement lifecycle experience Exposure to the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Nice-to-Have Experience with Coupa S2P, Zip, Ariba, or Ivalua Strong Excel skills Procure-to-Pay, sourcing, contracts, or help desk experience Financial services experience is an asset Position Details Start Date: July 27, 2026 Duration: 70-week contract Location: Toronto (Hybrid – 1–3 days/week onsite) Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week Interview Process: 1 round (potential second round)

Support Coupa Source-to-Pay operations and the implementation of Zip. Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Technology, and business stakeholders.

Candidates should have 1-3 years of Procurement lifecycle experience and exposure to the Source-to-Pay lifecycle. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
