Registered Nurse Position Details Facility: BayCare Health System, OBED Triage - SJWH Location: St. Joseph's Women's Hospital Status: Full Time, Exempt: No Shift Hours: 6:45PM - 7:15AM Weekend Work: Every Other On Call: No The Registered Nurse Responsibilities Works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. The Registered Nurse is also responsible for professional accountability and development. Collaborates and communicates with inter-disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care Organizes and prioritizes and updates plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., and prepares room environment. The Registered Nurse independently cares for patients using clinical standards and the nursing process within a hospital setting. They collaborate with inter-disciplinary providers to develop and prioritize patient care plans while identifying risks for injury.

Candidates must have a Registered Nurse license, BLS and NRP certifications, and at least 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience. An Associate's degree in Nursing is required, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
