The Claude AI Engineer will develop AI features and work with large language models in production. The role requires effective communication with non-technical stakeholders and the ability to handle ambiguity.

Candidates must have over 5 years of software engineering experience, including 3 years in AI feature development and at least 1 year working with LLMs. Proficiency in Python and experience with AI coding tools are essential.
