Responsibilities: Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Utilize your expertise to diagnose a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Create and implement personalized, evidence-based therapy plans that cater to each client’s unique needs. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with physicians, psychologists, educators, and other professionals to provide holistic and integrated care. Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure meticulous and up-to-date client records, adhering to all regulatory standards. Engage in Continuous Learning: Stay ahead in your field by participating in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Educate and Empower Clients: Provide clients and their families with effective strategies to support communication and swallowing functions, enhancing their quality of life. We Offer: Competitive compensation Flexible self-scheduling Paid orientation & mentoring opportunities Company provided laptop for electronic documentation Virtual care when appropriate based on client needs Education and Experience: Post Secondary School: Masters Degree or recognized equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology. Registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists or Speech-Language Pathologists required. Three years’ experience providing Speech-Language Pathology services preferred. Experience completing in-home assessments and treatments; knowledge of auto insurance and legal system is an asset particularly medical/legal report writing. Enjoy working with clients of all ages in multiple treatment environments. Strong communication (oral and written) and exceptional interpersonal and decision-making skills. Demonstrate basic knowledge of personal computers, and proficiency with secure email. Valid driver’s license. Exigences

Requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and registration with the relevant provincial college. Three years of experience is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and proficiency in electronic documentation.
