As a Senior Advisor, Coaching & Facilitation Practice, you will lead the growth and evolution of a high-impact practice dedicated to helping organizations, teams, and leaders achieve meaningful and sustainable results. In this role, you will define and execute the practice strategy, support the development of practitioner capabilities, and ensure the quality, consistency, and scalability of coaching and facilitation services. Working closely with Client Leads, Consultants, and Design professionals, you will shape innovative solutions in leadership development, executive coaching, team effectiveness, and facilitation that address a wide range of client needs. You will also foster a thriving community of practitioners, oversee networks of external coaches and facilitators, and contribute to business growth by delivering exceptional client experiences and developing market-leading solutions.
