Responsibilities include:Filing, photocopying, and record keepingTyping correspondence, reports, and newslettersManaging reception duties and handling confidential informationSending/receiving faxes and general office communicationProviding basic bookkeeping supportQualifications:Completion of Grade 12 (Dogwood Certificate)Completion of an Applied Business Technology program or Administrative Assistant CertificateMinimum of 1 year of recent, relevant office experience (school setting preferred)WHMIS 2015 Certificate and familiarity with WorkSafeBC safety procedures**Please note, the rate of pay is dependent on which position you are filling in for**Application Instructions:To apply, please complete or update your Make A Future portfolio.
