The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to assist students with diverse learning needs.JOB DESCRIPTIONKey ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one and small group support to students academically, socially, and emotionallyAssist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)Support classroom instruction under the direction of the teacherFoster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environmentAssist students with personal care needs when requiredSupervise students during class, recess, lunch, and school activitiesUse positive behavior support strategiesCollaborate with teachers, specialists, and administrationQualificationsCertification as an Educational Assistant (or equivalent recognized credential)Experience working with children, particularly those with diverse learning needsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamPatience, empathy, and a commitment to student successFirst Aid/CPR certification (preferred or required)Criminal Record Check (required)How to ApplyPlease submit your resume and cover letter to by May 30, 2026.We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.APPLICATION PROCESS1.
