Attorney General Chilliwack, BC (Hybrid) This position is based out of the location listed above. Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to one (1) day at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement. Senior Judicial Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, 0.8 FTE) $36.00 - $40.71 hourly The Provincial Court of British Columbia is committed to serving the public through an accessible, fair, efficient, and innovative justice system. Provincial Court judges and judicial justices preside over the majority of court cases in British Columbia, hearing criminal, family, youth, civil claims, traffic, and municipal by-law matters in nearly 90 locations across the province. Integrated Judicial Services plays a vital role in supporting judges and judicial justices through administrative services and scheduling, helping ensure fair, timely, and accessible justice for all British Columbians. The Court’s administrative headquarters is located at the Office of the Chief Judge in downtown Vancouver. Senior Judicial Administrative Assistants (SR JAAs) provide highly confidential administrative support to Regional Administrative Judges (RAJs), Local Liaison Judges (LLJs), and Provincial Court Judges (PCJs). In this role, you will be responsible for: Providing confidential administrative support to members of the judiciary Managing financial administration and office operations Coordinating schedules and appointments Supporting court-related administrative processes Maintaining records and documentation Contributing to efficient and effective office management practices Qualifications for this role include: Grade 12 graduation or equivalent Minimum three (3) years of office experience, including at least one (1) year of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant in Canada Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered For more information, a complete list of qualifications and to apply online by August 26, 2026, please go to: https://bcpublicservice.hua.hrsmart.com/hr/ats/Posting/view/124653
