Qualification We Are Looking For: · Bachelor's degree and/or diploma, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related technical field · Experience with Windows / Linux operating systems and networking · Experience working with on-premises servers, storage arrays, and networking equipment · Experience with scripting and configuration management · Experience with backup software and methodologies · Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra, Azure, etc. · Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office · Experience with Guidewire is an asset THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL: · Install, configure, and maintain current and future network infrastructure · Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for use by other IT staff · Consult with third party vendors to ensure compatibility and compliance · Monitor network and system infrastructure, proactively respond to issues · Provide technical support to staff · Participate in IT audits, when required · Research and recommend enhancements to data collection systems · Maintain network security via staff training, patching, implementing best practices, etc. · Maintain and manage network backups · Research, test, and implement network upgrades, and new functionality · Effective listening, written, and verbal communication skills · Perform other duties and tasks as assigned Job Type: Full-time Permanent Experience: · 5+ years of progressive experience working in a technical field Work Location: In person Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $70,000 - $95,000
