Working in a fast-paced, team environment, this role performs a variety of hands-on tasks to ensure products are properly tested, prepared and meet established quality standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive hands-on tasks, and a willingness to learn. Previous mechanical experience is an asset, but training is provided. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay: $20.00-$22.00 / Per Hour Requirements Tear down and prepare fuel injectors for testing and further processing Perform valve setting and pop testing in accordance with established procedures Measure injectors and perform armature lift measurements Operate the 205 Test Bench in accordance with established procedures and guidelines Set up and operate the 815 Injector Test Bench in accordance with established procedures and guidelines Operate laser equipment as required Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards Package finished goods for shipment or further processing Follow standard work procedures and complete required documentation accurately Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment Support team production goals and daily targets Work effectively with team members and follow daily direction provided by the Team Lead and Supervisor Participate in workplace safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support operational needs and business objectives Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required Mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive or diesel systems is an asset Experience working with an ERP is an asset Basic math, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency using computers, scanners and tablets Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow established procedures and work under the direction of senior team members Must be legally authorized to work in Canada Benefits Dental care Employee assistance program Extended health care Life insurance On-site parking Paid time off RRSP match Vision care Quarterly incentive plans for all employees Our website:https://ca.bddiesel.com/ Send your resume and be part of a team that is proud of its culture!
