We're hiring reliable general labourers for active commercial sites across the GTA. If you show up on time, work hard, and take pride in your work - you'll have a real path to a permanent career. What You Will Do Site preparation, cleanup, and waste/material handling Hoarding, floor and finish protection, temporary site services Demolition support and moving materials/equipment Assisting carpenters and skilled trades learn and move up Keep your work area safe, organized, and inspection-ready What You Bring Valid Working at Heights (MLITSD-approved) - required day one Current WHMIS certification - required day one Reliable vehicle + valid driver's licence - sites move across the GTA CSA-approved safety boots Physical capability: lift ~50 lbs, on feet all day, work outdoors in all seasons Show up on time, every day Legally entitled to work in Canada Schedule & Pay $20 - $24/hour (based on breadth and depth of experience) Monday - Friday, approximately 40 hours/week Occasional weekend overtime when required - paid accordingly What We Offer Real path up: General Labourer to Skilled Labourer to Lead Hand to Site Supervisor Paid certifications and training - tickets and upgrading Health and dental benefits after 3-month probation (permanent team) Steady, year-round commercial work - we keep our crews busy Ready to Get to Work? The role involves site preparation, cleanup, and waste/material handling, as well as assisting skilled trades and maintaining a safe work area. General labourers will also support demolition efforts and move materials and equipment as needed.

Candidates must have a valid Working at Heights certification and current WHMIS certification from day one. A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and the physical capability to lift approximately 50 lbs are also required.
